Dedicated to providing area seniors with engaging educational, social and wellness opportunities, Maravilla Scottsdale invites you to participate in a variety of customized wellness workshops, and university-quality, non-credit courses! Designed to educate and invigorate, the programs are hosted by Maravilla Scottsdale and provided by our community partner, Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) and Maravilla Scottsdale’s own Wellness Concierge.

We all know the importance of staying hydrated, but did you know…not all water is created equal? Or that our emotions can significantly affect the water molecules that make up 75% of our body? Join Maravilla’s Wellness Concierge, Heather Allen and Acupuncturist, Sydney Bale L.Ac. to learn new evidence that links drinking adequate water to improved health and body function. Guests will enjoy refreshing snacks and leave with a personalized Maravilla water bottle.

Cindy Holliday, founder of TruFit Studios will share how yoga can help maintain flexibility, benefit your mobility, and your ability to live independently, while also improving your heart health and peace of mind. Guests will be provided a personalized Maravilla water bottle.
